Matthew Moody

Chief Operating Officer

Matthew's background is in the travel and leisure industry where he spent over 10 years working for some of the leading companies in the sector.   His last position was as Head of Revenue Management for RCI Europe (a former Cendant company listed on the New York Stock Exchange) where he managed pricing and inventory for holidays worth over $100,000,000 in annual revenues.

Matthew's property experience spans over 5 years with over £10,000 invested in his education and learning.  Since this time, he has built a large portfolio of properties mainly focusing on Houses of Multiple Occupation (HMO's or multi-lets as they are commonly known) where he has focused on cashflow and adding values to his properties.

Matthew's experience has enabled him to systematize and fine-tune all elements of his business allowing him to focus on delivering immense value to our clients through managing our operations and marketing divisions.
